'I met Vicki on an open day at a property she was selling on behalf of her vendor. I decided I would purchase this home on my first viewing and VickI made arrangements with the vendor that my builder could have access to inspect the house two hours after the open home had finished. Vicki was extremely flexible and accommodating during the buying process, allowing us to have a private viewing and coming to our house in the evening to negotiate with the sellers. This suited us as we are both shift workers and it would have been extremely difficult to complete the process in office hours. The reason we chose to purchase our home was purely based on Vicki's help navigating and negotiating the covenants of our newly developed property. Unfortunately our pets are included in the "banned breeds" which almost crushed our dream however Vicki helped us contact the developers and plead our case allowing us written permission to have our fur babies come with us. We first met Vicki by chance at a house she was selling across the road from us at Clarkville.
Her easy going manner impressed us and there was no hard sell, rather she let the property do the talking.
When our house was rebuilt on Mount Pleasant following the earthquake there was never any discussion about who was going to sell it, we were going to get Vicki.

She did a marvellous job marketing it and what with billboards, letter drops and ads in the Realtor she covered all the bases and we looked forward to a quick and mutually beneficial sale.
Alas that didn’t happen and we were devastated to find that we had two problems unknown to us until the house was finished.
We had the only rebuilt house in the area which made it stand out like a sore toe, and at that stage people by and large were not buying on the hills.
Vicki didn’t give up she just dug deeper and from somewhere unearthed a couple of people who were keen.

She finally produced a slightly better price than we had expected and needless to say we were very grateful and able to get on with our lives.

I’ve never met a real estate person so down to earth and who achieves so much without seeming to pressure anyone.
